Head First was created to provide expectant mothers and their families with a comforting space to prepare for and then go through a meaningful childbirthing experience. You will be able to choose from a range of support options available to you as well as be exposed to new ideas you may want to consider in preparation for your birth and postpartum time.
Focusing on childbirth related services, Head First's philosophy is that knowledge coupled with prenatal and postpartum care is essential in having a positive child birthing and mothering experience. We offer supportive services such as birth doula support, postpartum doula support, Lactation Consultation, Prenatal prep classes and through our sister company The Vitality Health Center (http://www.thevitalityhealthcenter.com/)we provide access to chiropractic care, prenatal massage, and pilates. Our integrative approach to your care will provide you with the tools and guidance you can rely on before, during and after childbirth.
